Every phase is contingent on the successful delivery of the previous phase. *** ### Phase 1: Foundation (Q2 2026) **Status: In Progress** The Foundation Phase establishes the capital, community, and legal framework required to build FutballFi. #### Key Milestones * Launch of the Founding Supporters Round (FSR) | June, 2026 * Raise $150,000 to $200,000 from a select group of early supporters * FSR participation: $300 to $5,000 per participant in USDT/USDC on Base * Complete all FSR legal documentation (NDA, Agreement, Token Purchase Terms, Private Information Pack) * Finalise BVI incorporation and legal structure * Publish Whitepaper v2, Litepaper v2, and Tokenomics v2 * Establish brand identity and launch pre-launch website * Initiate CertiK smart contract audit engagement * Complete Privacy Policy (GDPR compliant, BVI governed) *** ### Phase 2: Pre-Seed Round (Q3 to Q4 2026) **Status: Planned** The Pre-Seed Phase targets institutional and strategic angel investors to fund testnet development, data licensing, and team expansion. #### Key Milestones * Target raise: $1,500,000 to $3,000,000 * Pre-money valuation: $10,000,000 to $20,000,000 * Contingent on live testnet metrics and resolution of technical co-founder gap * Secure Opta/Stats Perform data licensing negotiations * Expand core team including technical co-founder * Complete full smart contract suite development (6 contracts) * Finalise Chainlink oracle integration architecture * Begin Soft Testnet preparation (invite-only KOL and DeFi community access) *** ### Phase 3: Soft Testnet (September 2026) **Status: Planned** An invite-only testnet environment opened exclusively to KOLs, notable DeFi figures, and strategic community members to generate authentic early FOMO ahead of the Public Testnet. #### Key Milestones * Invite-only access for top-tier football and Web3 KOLs * EPL and La Liga data integration via API-Sports (starter tier) * Internal wallet system live (no external EVM wallet connections at this stage) * Gameweek mechanics fully functional on testnet * Begin Zealy and Guild community activation * NFT Booster collection deployed on OpenSea (testnet preview) * Collect performance data and user feedback for mainnet refinement *** ### Phase 4: Public Testnet (Late 2026) **Status: Planned** The Public Testnet opens FutballFi to the broader community, expanding supported leagues and unlocking public participation ahead of TGE. #### Key Milestones * Full public access to testnet environment * EPL and La Liga live (API-Sports) * Expanded KOL and community campaigns via Zealy quests and Guild roles * Hackathon event for developer community engagement * CertiK audit completion and publication of audit report * Pre-Sale/ICO preparation and legal review * Finalise Opta 6-month mainnet license negotiation *** ### Phase 5: Pre-Sale and ICO (December 2026) **Status: Planned** The Pre-Sale and ICO Phase raises the capital required to fund mainnet infrastructure, Opta data licensing, and global marketing at scale. #### Key Milestones * Target raise: $3,000,000 to $8,000,000 * $FBF token pre-sale and public ICO * KYC/AML processes live for all participants * All geo-restriction enforcement active * Five-language platform localisation complete (EN, ES, FR, DE, IT) * Full marketing and KOL campaign activation * Mainnet smart contract deployment preparation *** ### Phase 6: Mainnet TGE (Q1 2027) **Status: Planned** Mainnet launch and Token Generation Event.
